Kriti Sanon is one of the busiest leading ladies right now. She’s had three releases this year already -- Luka Chuppi, Arjun Patiala and Housefull4. While she gears up for her fourth outing this year with Panipat and a special appearance in Pati Patni Aur Woh, she’s already started shooting for Laxman Utekar's Mimi, a film on surrogacy which was announced nearly a year ago by producer Dinesh Vijan.

Did this busy schedule leave her with enough time to celebrate Diwali with her folks? Bring this up and Kriti says, “Oh yes! Diwali was good and I really had a lot of fun with my family and friends. Housefull4 made Diwali even more special and put a big smile on everyone’s face. My parents were at home with me which was very cool. I love the rituals and I’m so very happy to see my house all lit up. You get to savour so much food and sink your teeth into all those mithais. Plus, there were get togethers and parties where I met all my friends and fellow colleagues from the industry.”

When asked how she manages to keep her body in shape even after all the binging during the festival, she said, “I just think you should eat everything. Of course, there is a way of maintaining a balance between things. Like you cut down on the size of your dinner pallete or just change the items a bit to cut down on the kilos you pile on during festivals. I just think everyone should individually find a way to accommodate everything in their plate keeping their bodies in mind. That’s a formula for health that never fails”
