Light to moderate rainfall likely today

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Light rain is falling at a few places in Lumbini Province, while the rest of the provinces are experiencing a generally clear weather with partial showers, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. Partly to normal rainfall will prevail across the country this afternoon. Light to moderate rain with thundershower/lightning is expected at some places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces and at a few places in the rest of the provinces.

Partly to normal rainfall will prevail across the country this afternoon. There will be partly cloudy skies across the country tonight. Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms/lightning is expected at some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and at one or two places in the rest of the provinces. There is a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
