KATHMANDU, Sept 28: The Department of Livestock Services has conducted health examinations of goats in the Kathmandu valley. The department is checking the health of goats from 10 different places in the Valley.
The department said that the health of goats supplied for Dashain is being examined as there is a possibility that the sick goats may be imported for consumption.

According to the department, a team of 50 veterinarians is going to different places to examine the health of goats to be sold during the festival.
