Lotse Mall launches scheme for tenants

KATHMANDU, July 13: Lotse Mall has announced a scheme for its clients purchasing space at the mall whereby three lucky winners may get a chance to win Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Swift, or Wagon R cars. Issuing a statement, the mall said that the lease period for the purchase of its store spaces will be 27 years, and bank financing service will cover 50 percent of the investment. The mall, which is planning to start its operation before the Nepali festival of Dashain, is located at Gongabu Bus Park in Kathmandu.
