KATHMANDU, Sept 23: Lotus Mindfulness and Relaxation Services organized ‘Sound of Peace’, a sound healing event at Geeta Mandir, Swoyambhu on the occasion of International Peace Day.

The organizer hosted its 3rd International Peace Day to spread the message that world peace starts with inner peace and that sound can help us as a guide to attain people’s calmness. Chief guest of the event was Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Nepal Himalee Arunatilaka. The event encouraged the participants to choose love, peace, and compassion over rage, hate, and envy.
