KATHMANDU, April 3: Domestic and international flights - both take-offs and landings - from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have been affected again. According to the Civil Aviation Authority at TIA, flights to and from the airport have been affected due to low visibility since last Monday.
Teknath Sitaula, spokesperson for the airport office, said that 31 domestic flights had problems during landing due to foggy weather in Kathmandu since this morning. He said that the flight and landing will be regular as soon as the weather improves.
Adverse weather affects TIA air service for 15 minutes
Flights and landings from TIA were also affected on Saturday afternoon due to low visibility.
