LSP, which has shown more interest in Bara-2, wants to make Nawal Kishore Singh a candidate from the constituency. But Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav is trying to become a candidate from the ruling coalition from Bara-2.

JSP's Ramsahay Prasad Yadav, who was elected to the House of Representatives from Bara-2, was elected the vice president, and by-elections are being held in the constituency.

Similarly, Ram Chandra Paudel of Nepali Congress who was elected from Tanahun-1 was elected to the post of President and Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of RSP who was elected from Chitwan-2, was dismissed from the post of MP due to his citizenship dispute.
