The parties in the alliance are submitting the signatures of the majority of members to the provincial chief today, demanding the appointment of Chaudhary as the chief minister. According to NC Lumbini President Pun, all 54 MPs have signed the alliance. "The 54 honorable members of the alliance have signed," said Chairman Pun.

Pun expressed confidence that the current Chief Minister Leela Giri will be in the minority and that he will resign. If Giri resigns, Chaudhary will immediately be appointed as the Chief Minister on behalf of the alliance.
