KHOTANG, Aug 14: Police have arrested a person on the charge of raping a mentally ill teenage girl.
The arrested is identified as Singha Bahadur Rai of Temma VDC-4.

According to police, Rai allegedly raped a 16-year-old mentally ill girl while she was alone in her house on Thursday, DSP Bidyananda Majhi of District Police Office, Khotang told Republica Online.
Acting on a complaint filed at the police staton, a squad of police deployed from the Area Police Office, Mattim nabbed Rai.
A case has been forwarded against Rai following a site report.
