Minister Acharya vows to reclaim Balmandir's properties

KATHMANDU, Sept 16: Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Surendra Raj Acharya, has said the government is concerned over irregularities reported in Balmandir i.e Nepal's Children Organization.

KATHMANDU, Sept 16: Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Surendra Raj Acharya, has said the government is concerned over irregularities reported in Balmandir i.e Nepal's Children Organization. 


In his address to an award distribution ceremony organized by the Central Office of Nepal Children Organization on Friday, Minister Pandey said the Ministry's serious concern is drawn to the alleged irregularities of the organization’s land and other properties.

He stressed that the properties grabbed illegally at different times would be brought back to its own ownership.     


Minister Acharya also took time to highlight the need to run the organization lawfully. 


In the program organized on the occasion of the 59th National Children's Day, winners of art, singing, and dance competitions were honored.
