NAWALPARASI, March 19: A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident at Thakali Chowk in Kawasoti Municipality-8 in Nawalparasi district along the East-West Highway on Sunday. A pillion rider has sustained injuries.
Police said that seriously injured Ram Bahadur Ale, 20, of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-10 died on his way to Bharatpur for treatment. The accident happened after the motorcycle (Lu 34 Pa 7086) and micro bus (Ba 2 Kha 3922) from the opposite directions collided against each other.

Meanwhile, three persons were injured after two motorcycles collided against each other in Kaligandaki Chowk, Kawasoti.
District Traffic Police, Nawalparasi said that condition of a patient is critical. The injured are receiving treatment in Kaligandaki Hospital. Police shared that the bikes (Ga 4 Pa 6521) and (Lu 35 Pa 6428) from opposite directions collided against each other. (RSS)
