Musical event for flood-affected children’s education

KATHMANDU, Sept 11: Classic Events and SHAF NEPAL has decided to take initiation for the betterment of students that were affected by the recent tarai flood by organizing a charitable event ‘Pen and Paper’. The event is slated to be held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu on September 19.

KATHMANDU, Sept 11: Classic Events and SHAF NEPAL has decided to take initiation for the betterment of students that were affected by the recent tarai flood by organizing a charitable event ‘Pen and Paper’. The event is slated to be held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu on September 19. 


According to the press statement released by the organizer, ‘Pen and Paper’ is a unique concept that mainly focuses on the children whose education has been affected after the devastating tarai flood.

A musical event is scheduled to be organized in coordination with renowned artists and the collected proceed will be spent to purchase educational materials for the kids, according to the statement. 


The bands and artist who are going to perform in the event are Deepak Bajracharya, Kutumba, Girish Khatiwada, Mt 8848, B-8EIGHT, Avishek Maharjan, Hamro Crew, Ranjeet Nepali and Bibek Shrestha.
