My allegiance is to the people, not my party as long as I’m a minister: Labor Minister Aryal

KATHMANDU, Feb 5: Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security, Dol Prasad Aryal has said that stern action will be taken immediately against anyone who is found cheating Nepalis going abroad for employment.

KATHMANDU, Feb 5: Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security, Dol Prasad Aryal has said that stern action will be taken immediately against anyone who is found cheating Nepalis going abroad for employment.


Speaking at a press conference organized at the ministry on Sunday, Minister Aryal said that the government will take stern action immediately if any manpower company or individual is found defrauding Nepalis going abroad for employment.


Minister Aryal said, “We will give time to manpower and businessmen to improve. "If there is no improvement even within the given time, the ministry will take action ruthlessly," he said, "We will take action according to what is provided in the Labor and Employment Act."

Minister Aryal stated that his role as the Minister of the Nepali people is of utmost importance, rather than representing a political party. 


He emphasized that he was appointed after meeting all required standards and pledged to work for the benefit of the people. 


He also made it clear that while serving as the Labor Minister, his allegiance is to the people, not his political party.


Minister Aryal was elected to the House of Representatives from the Rastriya Swatantra Party.
