NA wives association reaches to cold affected with blankets

RAJBIRAJ, Jan 12: The Nepalese Army Wives Association Thursday distributed blankets to 150 families affected by cold at Dhikuli of Mahadeva Rural Municipality-6 in Saptari.

RAJBIRAJ, Jan 12: The Nepalese Army Wives Association Thursday distributed blankets to 150 families affected by cold at Dhikuli of Mahadeva Rural Municipality-6 in Saptari. 


Normal life in the southern plains has been adversely affected by brutal winter weather conditions including growing cold wave. The assistance was distributed on the witness of Mahadeva Rural Municipality chair Deepak Kumar Yadav.

Likewise, on the initiations of Association members Roshani Hamal and Nita Sigdel and with support from NA doctor Dr Binita Mahat, a free health camp was held in the village where 350 locals underwent medical checkups and distributed medicines as well, the NA said.


Among them, some 80 per cent were found suffering from cold-related health problems. RSS
