NPWA provides monetary aid to quake-hit people

KATHMANDU, Nov 13: Nepal Police Wives Association (NPWA) has provided monetary assistance to Jajarkot earthquake-affected people.

KATHMANDU, Nov 13: Nepal Police Wives Association (NPWA) has provided monetary assistance to Jajarkot earthquake-affected people. 


Association Chairperson Laxmi Kunwar on behalf of the Association handed a cheque for Rs 555,555 to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal  at the PM's official residence in Baluwatar on Monday.

Other officer-bearers of the Association were also present on the occasion. 


On the occasion, Chair Kunwar said they contributed to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund in order to help the people of the quake-hit districts—Jajarkot and Rukum Paschim.
