KAILALI, Nov 23: The Nagarik Unmukti Party has made a clean sweep in the election in Constituency-3 of Kailali.
Ganga Ram Chaudhary has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Kailali-3 while Ghanashyam Chaudhary has been elected a member of Provincial Assembly in Constituency-3A and Khusiram Chaudhary has emerged victorious in Constituency-3B.

According to the District Election Office, Ghanashyam Chaudhary obtained 13,923 votes against 11,572 by his nearest rival Khemraj Dagaura Tharu of Nepali Congress and Khusiram Chaudhary garnered 7,539 votes against 6,619 by his nearest rival Amar Saud of the CPN (Unified Socialist).
