Narayangadh-Muglin road opens for vehicular traffic

BHARATPUR, July 9: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has opened for two-way vehicular traffic after the landslides debris was cleared. The road has come into regular operation after a halt of nine hours since Saturday morning.

BHARATPUR, July 9: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has opened for two-way vehicular traffic after the landslides debris was cleared. The road has come into regular operation after a halt of nine hours since Saturday morning. 


Traffic on the road was completely blocked after a dry landslide that occurred in Kalikhola of Ichchakamana Rural Municipality-6 on Saturday afternoon.

Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Muglin Bishal Tamang said that the vehicles and passengers stranded since the past nine hours are on their way to their respective destinations. 


This section of the road has been blocked due to frequent landslides for the past six months. Thousands of vehicles pass through this road daily.
