Narayanghat-Mugling road section reopens

KATHMANDU, June 9: Traffic has resumed on the Narayanghat-Mugling road section, which was earlier blocked due to landslides, according to the District Traffic Police Office.

KATHMANDU, June 9: Traffic has resumed on the Narayanghat-Mugling road section, which was earlier blocked due to landslides, according to the District Traffic Police Office.


The landslide debris in Nagdi River of the Prithvi Highway in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-5 has been removed and the road has been brought back into operation. The road that was blocked from 11:15 PM on Wednesday came into operation from 12:05 PM on Thursday.

Similarly, a landslide at Namsi Bridge in Topekhola of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6 of Narayanghat-Mugling road section was cleared at 11:50 AM. There is a long line of vehicles that have been stuck on the road since last night.
