KATHMANDU, Sept 28: Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd (NBBL) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) have signed an agreement to provide educational loans to students of ICAN.
Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that its CEO Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana signed the agreement with ICAN's President Mahesh Khanal amid a ceremony held on Wednesday.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dhungana said that the education loan scheme for the students of ICAN was introduced as per the government's announcement of providing education loan against educational certificates.
