Calling for a fair convention, Singh said in a statement, “There is an objection to abusing the position of the government and trying to hold the convention in an arbitrary, undemocratic and discriminatory manner without following rules, directives and democratic process.”

Singh has accused that there has been fraud since the time of distributing active membership by sending the names of others instead of the list submitted by the ward committee.
