Earlier, the party's central committee had planned to conduct the second phase of the campaign, aiming to establish direct connections with citizens and communities, from August 27 to September 10.

"Due to the rainy season, the decision to postpone the campaign has been made," said Joint General Secretary Badri Pandey.

The party has decided to complete the setup of fraternal organizations and establish a dedicated department within September 1. According to Pandey, the focus now remains on continuing preparations for the establishment of the department.
