NC’s Bikram Singh Dhami wins in Darchula-1

DARCHULA, Nov 23: Bikram Singh Dhami, the common candidate of the Left-Democratic Alliance, has won in the province assembly constituency number-1 of Darchula. Dhami won by defeating CPN-UML candidate Hardev Joshi with 15,127 votes.

DARCHULA, Nov 23: Bikram Singh Dhami, the common candidate of the Left-Democratic Alliance, has won in the province assembly constituency number-1 of Darchula. Dhami won by defeating CPN-UML candidate Hardev Joshi with 15,127 votes.


His nearest rival, UML's Joshi, got 13,451 votes. In Darchula-1, 31,542 votes were cast out of a total of 51,0047 votes.

Out of which 1134 votes were invalid and 30,408 votes were valid. Shankar Singh Dhami, an independent candidate from the Province Assembly, got 1,418 votes.
