KATHMANDU, Feb 28: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has decided to hold a tribute ceremony to commemorate late Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Rabindra Adhikari at its central party office, Dhumbarahi on March 7.
A secretariat meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Official Residence, Baluwatar took a decision to this effect.
The meeting observed a minute of silence over the demise of seven people including Minister Adhikari and passed a condolence motion.

The NCP will keep a book of condolences in all the party offices and lower the party flag half-mast across the country as per the decision.
Seven people including Minister Adhikari died on the spot when an Air Dynasty chopper they were traveling in crashed near Pathibhara in the northern part of Taplejung district on Wednesday afternoon.
