Nepal is safe zone for visitors: Minister Khand

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Minister for Defense Balkrishna Khand has said that the Indian President Pranab Mukherjee's recent trip to Nepal has conveyed the message that Nepal is safe destination for the visitors.

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Minister for Defense Balkrishna Khand has said that the Indian President Pranab Mukherjee's recent trip to Nepal has conveyed the message that Nepal is safe destination for the visitors. 


Speaking in a face to face program here in the capital today, Minister Khand added that the visit conveyed the message that Nepal is a peaceful and safe destination for the visitors from across the globe. The visit also helped strengthen bilateral ties as it concluded cordially.

In another context, Minister Khand said that Nepal Army has adopted the federal set up and has contributed in developmental sectors along with its responsibly of maintaining peace, sovereignty and integrity in the country. 


He shared that the constitution amendment process was being forwarded after forging a consensus with political parties. RSS
