KATHMANDU, April 16: Nepal recorded 99 new cases of COVID-19 along with 50 recoveries on Sunday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 1,604 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 50 PCR and 49 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the virus.
Nepal records four cases of COVID-19 on Sunday
There are currently 377 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 37 are in institutional isolation, 11 in ICUs and four on ventilators.
Meanwhile, the health ministry has urged one and all to take caution and also get a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
