KATHMANDU, Feb 11: Nepal defeated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by four wickets in the ICC World Cricket League Division 2 match played at the United Cricket Club Ground in Windhoek, Namibia.
Skipper Paras Khadka’s half-century and Sompal Kami’s four wickets helped Nepal to win the game.

In the 34 over match, Nepal was given a target of 115 runs. The 50 over game was shortened due to rain.
Shaiman Anwar scored highest 30 runs with two fours. Adnan Mufti hit 18 runs including two fours.
Sandeep Lamichhane took three wickets in the game.
Nepal had started with a slim win against host Namibia but lost to Oman by six wickets in its second game.
