Both artists take up characters in the music video with the common plot line of where they meet by chance, fall in love, have a romantic relationship and then separate due to unknown reasons. This steamy video has the ship level of Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes increasing significantly which they continue to deny.


The song incorporates a slow and romantic mood created by slow Spanish-styled music playing in the background. The beat and melody are evidently catchy drawings in more and more listeners and having others play the song on repeat.


Till now the video has garnered 66,090,444 views.
