KATHMANDU, March 20: Newly-elected Vice-President Ramsahaya Prasad Yadav is scheduled to take oath of office and secrecy today.

As per the programme schedule, President Ram Chandra Paudel is administering oath of office and secrecy to Vice-President elect Yadav at Sheetal Niwas at 10.00 am on Monday. 


Yadav was elected the Vice-President on March18. Yadav secured 30,328 vote weightage in the race to get elected to the post. 


The tenure of erstwhile Vice-President Nanda Bahadur Pun expired on March 18.
