CJ Parajuli is widely criticized following apex court’s move to arrest Dr Govinda KC, who has been demanding reforms in medical-sector. The Parajuli-led apex court itself had asked him to produce his academic credential before the court after corruption crusader Dr. KC and media raised questions over his citizenship and academic certificates.

CJ Parajuli said is miffed with the apex court order. “It is not necessary to display my documents on the roads because I have already submitted all the credentials to concern authorities,” he said.

CJ Parajuli complained “some forces” are playing to weaken the credibility of the court. He vowed to foil all such efforts. “The court will not be affected from any power groups or political parties.”
