KATHMANDU, Oct 15: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has reduced the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 11 per liter and Rs 5 per liter, respectively.
Issuing a press statement, the NOC has said the new price will come into effect from Sunday midnight. At the new rate, petrol now costs Rs 172 per liter and diesel and kerosene each costs Rs 168 per liter in the Kathmandu Valley.

According to the NOC, it revised the prices of the petroleum fuels citing reduced rates that the corporation received from its importer Indian Oil Corporation on Sunday.
