One arrested in Balkhu market DoCSM investigation

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Most of the traders were found opening their stalls at the market without any legal licenses when a monitoring team led under Investigation Officer Dipak Pokharel, Department of Commerce and Supply Management, visited Balkhu vegetable and fruit market today.
