BUTWAL, June 11: One person was killed and five others were injured in an SUV accident in Tilottama in Rupandehi on Sunday.
Police say five people were injured in the accident.

The deceased has been identified as the SUV’s driver Bikash Shrestha, 32, from Chhatradev rural municipality.
The accident occurred when the SUV (Ba 20 Cha 1438) collided with an electricity pole in Shantikunj along the Siddhartha Highway.
Shrestha was critically injured and was immediately rushed to Chauraha Hospital. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment, according to police.
Those injured in the accident are Sushan Shrestha, Biplav Shrestha, Surendra Shrestha, Bigyan Shrestha and Bishal Shrestha. They are undergoing treatment at Chauraha Hospital.
