PADT asks Dev Garden Gaushala to pay dues by Tuesday

KATHMANDU, Aug 26: The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) has asked Dev Garden, Gaushala to pay its dues by Tuesday.


Executive Director of PADT, Dr Ghanshyam Khatiwada said that the Trust issued a public notice on Saturday urging the Dev Garden to pay dues before making a new agreement.

A Task Force  formed to recover the dues as per the decision of Trust on July 17 had carried out an onsite visit and requested to clear the arrears of shops and parking lots.


The Trust requested all concerned to pay the dues by August 29 as some of them did not clear arrears even after Trust's repeated request for the same.


Dr Khatiwada added that they had warned of taking action if dues were not cleared within the deadline.
