Addressing the program organized in the capital on Saturday, Prime Minister Oli also claimed that the NCP faction led by him was the legitimate NCP party. "I received a letter from the Election Commission. I came to learn that they have filed an application arguing that they were the original party. Is a party like a peda (sweet made from milk) of Baramjhiya to say whether it is original or fake?" he ridiculed.

Prime Minister Oli also said that Dahal and senior leader Nepal were convening meetings at Parisdanda, arguing that they were the original party. "The Election Commission asked me yesterday [Friday]. Is it necessary for the rightful owner of the house to file an application claiming that the house belongs to him or the land belongs to him. Is it necessary to file an application claiming that the vehicle belongs to him?" he asked. "There is no need to file application."

Prime Minister Oli said that he is running the party on the basis of the existing laws and regulations of the party. " Is it legitimate to claim the entire tree by two fruits which fell down after getting rotten?" he asked.

Prime Minister Oli also said that he has not expelled any leaders including Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal of the NCP. He said that all the NCP leaders are always free to come back to the mother party.
