RSP ministers vacate quarters despite continued support for government

KATHMANDU, July 8: The ministers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have started to leave the ministers’ quarters at Pulchowk. Some ministers have already left the ministers’ quarters while others are preparing to leave soon. Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, Minister for Youth and Sports has left the ministers’ quarters.

KATHMANDU, July 8: The ministers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have started to leave the ministers’ quarters at Pulchowk. Some ministers have already left the ministers’ quarters while others are preparing to leave soon. Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, Minister for Youth and Sports has left the ministers’ quarters.


Shrestha said that he has not gone to the ministers’ quarters since Friday, and will only utilize vehicles and security mechanisms for work related to the ministry.

In response to the question “how is the work being done without being present in the ministry?” he said that there is a mechanism in place and it has been working.


Similarly, in response to the question “have all the RSP ministers left the ministers’ quarters?” he said that according to the information he had received, everyone from his party had left the ministers’ quarters.
