Physical Infrastructure Minister stresses upgrading Siddhartha Highway

WALING, Jan 3: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Ramesh Lekhak has said the Siddhartha Highway connecting the tourist town Pokhara and trading hub Bhairahawa would be upgraded.

WALING, Jan 3: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Ramesh Lekhak has said the Siddhartha Highway connecting the tourist town Pokhara and trading hub Bhairahawa would be upgraded. 



Speaking in an interaction on the physical infrastructure development in Syangja district at the district headquarters today, Minister Lekhak declared that the highway would now be upgraded to a four-lane from the present two-lane. 



The Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister also stated that a transport management office would also be set up in the district. 



Also today, Minister Lekhak laid the foundation stone of a cement and concrete bridge to be constructed over the Aandhikhola River in the district headquarters. RSS
