KATHMANDU, Oct 15: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Friday called on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Office of President, Shital Niwas and apprised her that he was travelling to India on Saturday to attend the 'BRICS- BIMSTEC Outreach Summit' to be held in Goa on October 16.
