PM Dahal pays last tribute to lawmaker Pandey

KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Prime Minister and CPN Maoist (Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has paid his last tribute to late CPN Maoist Center lawmaker Bhakti Prasad Pandey by draping the party’s flag over the dead body.

KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Prime Minister and CPN Maoist (Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has paid his last tribute to late CPN Maoist Center lawmaker Bhakti Prasad Pandey by draping the party’s flag over the dead body.



Pandey, who was suffering from cancer, died while undergoing treatment at Nepal Cancer Hospital, Harisiddhi on Sunday. CPN (Maoist Center) had organized a program to pay tribute to late Pandey at Party Office, Parisdada today.       



Vice-president Nanda Bahadur Pun, PM Dahal, Deputy Parliamentary Party leader of UML Subas Nembang, Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar and leader of Naya Shakti Nepal Hisila Yami paid their last respect to the late lawmaker.



Pandey’s last rites were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today.
