KATHMANDU, Aug 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Sunday directed the government secretaries to present result-oriented plans within three days.
While directing secretaries at his office in Singha Durbar, PM Dahal asked to them to come up with their plans soon as many things need to be accomplished in a short duration.

He further directed the secretaries to be clear on the government’s priorities.
“Implementation of the constitution after making it widely-acceptable, post-earthquake reconstruction, concluding the peace process, improving effectiveness of government services, good governance and prosperity are the major aims of the government,” said Dahal, “All the government mechanisms should work to implement it.”
He further directed government employees not to create hassles to youths leaving for foreign employment.
“We are unable to provide employments to some four million youths inside the county,” he said, “At least don’t create hassles to the youths at airport, immigration and customs.”
