PM extends best wishes to Nepali cricket team

KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has wished the Nepali cricket team, which has reached Pakistan for Asia Cup cricket, for victory.

KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has wished the Nepali cricket team, which has reached Pakistan for Asia Cup cricket, for victory.


In a virtual meeting with the Nepali team in Pakistan on Wednesday morning, PM Dahal expressed his best wishes for the victory.

Expressing his best wishes, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that Nepal will get good results in the tournament and said that he has always paid attention to the development of the sports field and the welfare of the players. 


In the virtual meeting, Captain Rohit Paudel of the Nepali team informed the PM that the team is preparing well and will perform accordingly in the competition.  


Nepal is playing against hosts Pakistan in the first match of the tournament today.
