Police constable kills his wife and son in Ghorahi

DANG, Feb 4: A policeman killed his wife and two and a half year old son in Dang. Pimlal Nepali, a police constable working at the District Police Office, Dang, killed his wife Tika BK, and his two-and-a-half-year-old son Sushant.

DANG, Feb 4: A policeman killed his wife and two and a half year old son in Dang. Pimlal Nepali, a police constable working at the District Police Office, Dang, killed his wife Tika BK, and his two-and-a-half-year-old son Sushant.


According to the District Police Office, Dang DSP Janak Bahadur Malla, Constable Nepali killed his wife and son in a hotel in Ghorahi. 


Nepali, who hails from Rolpa Runtigadhi, had stayed with his wife Tika and son Sushant in a hotel in Ghorahi. Wife and his son arrived in Ghorahi from Rolpa only on Saturday.

DSP Malla mentioned that Nepali killed his wife Tika and his son this morning. He went to the district police office and confessed that he had killed them.


"The police constable came to the office and said that he had killed his wife and son," said DSP Malla. "Later when we went to the hotel, we  found the bodies of wife Tika and son Sushant in the hotel room."


Nepali was found to have killed his wife Tika and son by strangling their neck with a shawl. Police said that the reason for the murder has not been revealed. 


Police constable Nepali is under police custody now. DSP Malla mentioned that the investigation is currently underway.
