IPPAN Chairman Krishna Prasad Acharya demanded that the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of ROR projects should be disclosed immediately. IPPAN has provided for the opening of the PPA, which has been stalled for the past three and a half years, but has not been opened yet.
