KATHMANDU, Sept 22: The government has appointed Kamini Rajbhandari as Managing Director at Nepal Telecom (NT). A meeting of Council of Ministers on Thursday picked Rajbhandari to the post.
Likewise, the meeting decided to conclude the task of freeing Haliya within two years, according to government’s Spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communications, Surendra Karki.

The meeting also decided to constitute the Office of Attorney General in all the seven provinces.
