KATHMANDU, Sept 6: Round Table Nepal (RTN) has successfully concluded its 17th National Annual General meeting in Kathmandu.

The AGM, attended by visiting international members representing various member countries under Round Table International along with the Round Table International Board members, witnessed quite good response from the Nepali members as well, according to a statement issued by RTN.

The AGM elected Nikhil Jaisani as the President of RTN, it said, adding that the board consists of Immediate Past President Amit Agarwal, Vice President Jayant Agarwal, Seretary Anand Bahety, Treasurer Nitesh Agarwal and Editor Rahul Agarwal.

"Round Table Nepal is a zero-overhead organization, thus every penny raised/donated is only used toward building schools under the Freedom through Education project. Each year, 15,000 students benefit from 36 schools built by RTN across Nepal," the statement added.

Round Table Nepal, since its initiation 1992, has been involved in several community service projects, each with unique needs and concerns, according to the statement.
