‘Run Together Nepal’ for inclusion and diversity

As a part of a celebration of the 28th International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) 2019, Humanity & Inclusion collaborating with local organizations organized Run Together Nepal, a 5K fun run to raise awareness on inclusion and diversity in Kathmandu on Saturday.

As a part of a celebration of the 28th International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) 2019, Humanity & Inclusion collaborating with local organizations organized Run Together Nepal, a 5K fun run to raise awareness on inclusion and diversity in Kathmandu on Saturday. The event was aimed to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities in Nepal.

The event also targeted to include a broader human spectrum and people with various types of disabilities. Large numbers of participants from the various fields were brought into a common platform that created a jolly and relaxing environment to encourage inclusivity and celebrate diversity more prominently amongst the people.
