KATHMANDU, April 25: Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF) has announced the name of nominees for ‘People’s Choice Award’ on Wednesday.
Cricketer Sandeep Laichhane, footballer Kiran Chemjong, Pratima Sherpa from Golf, Man Bahadur Shrestha from Volleyball and Shyantu Shrestha from Table Tennis are the nominees. The wward will be handed on May 17. The organizer said that the five players were selected based on their performance of 2017.

People would be able to vote for their favorite player by sending SMS on 37722. The voting will be available to users of Nepal Telecom, Ncell and Smart Telecom.
The Sports Award of this year will be provided in eight genres, including people’s choice award.
