Maintaining that the issues put forth by the petitioners are directly concerned with human life, the SC has said that no COVID-19 patient should be deprived of treatment, oxygen and other drugs.

The SC has ordered the government to mobilize and appoint enough human resources, make the supply of oxygen smooth and bring well-equipped hospitals into operation at the earliest.
