Last Friday, local youth Jaishankar Sah lost his life during a demonstration regarding the upgrade of the Primary Health Center in Barahathawa-6. The deceased young man was the director of Sarlahi Hotel and a wholesale seller of chicken feed.

The police contend that the senior constable Yadav's firearm might have discharged when the protestors confronted them with weapons.

The family of the deceased and the protesting party claim that Senior Constable Yadav intentionally shot and killed the innocent Jaishankar as an act of revenge.
