Birendranagar, Nov 20: The police fired seven rounds of bullets in the air when some youths pelted stones while discussion was underway about resuming voting in Humla.

During the discussions about resuming the voting process that had been stopped at Sarkegad Rural Municipality-3 Unapani of Humla, the local youths had a dispute.
