KATHMANDU, Jan 4: Continuous snowfall coupled with rainfall has affected people's normal life across the country.
Due to snowfall for the second time in Karnali this year, life in districts including Humla, Mugu, Jumla, Dolpa and Kalikot has hit hard. Started on Friday morning, snowfall brings chill causing trouble in rearing animals. Cold has been hard especially to children and elderly people. With dipping mercury, educational institutions are affected. The temperature has dropped to -2.6 degree Celsius.

However, in some places people are found to have enjoying playing in snow.
